I seem to always write a Buddhist Thought of the Day. :) In Buddhism we learn to serve all sentient beings. Also a very important concept of Buddhism is finding the middle way. My other blog is all fun and games but yet there is another side of me. My "alter ego" we all have them and they don't keep well in closets. Oh right you can also follow my Medical Administration Gerontology Studies and the life that heer does fall after So here you go my serious alter ego. Here I am going to talk about the things that mean a lot to me, Buddhism, Elderly Equal Rights, Animal Equal Rights, Veganism, Gay/Lesbian/Bisexual/Transexual/Etc Equal Rights, Religion, Important stories in the news, the Middle East, Tibetian News, and much more stuff that would be categorized as stuffy boring stuff that our parents read in the newspapers. Yet this "stuff" means the world to me and even more importantly is a part of me. So here you are. A serious Tumblr.

What we need to learn to do is to see the thought as a thought, and then feel the body tighten. The body is going to tighten if you’re angry with somebody, right? So just be the tightening. Forget the thinking at this point, and just be the anger, the tension or vibration. When you do that, you’re not trying to change your anger. You’re just being with it, totally. Then it is able to transform itself.

Remember it: existence smiles when you smile, and when you are serious you are alone. Existence does not bother about your seriousness. If you want the whole world with you, just smile, and look all around and you will see trees smiling, and the flowers smiling.
